DentixUAE Return & Refund Policy

The DentixUAE return and refund policy explains how returns work, who is eligible, and how we process refunds.
Our aim is to keep the return policy fair, professional, and transparent for all customers.

Return Window – DentixUAE Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery under our official return policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging.
• A valid order number/invoice is required.
• Returns must be approved (RMA/authorization required).

Non-Returnable Products – DentixUAE Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

• Any item that has been opened, sterilized, or used.
• Consumables and infection-control products (gloves, masks, gauze, etc.).
• Rotary instruments, burs, endodontic files, and impression materials once opened.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

• If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund under our refund policy.
• No restocking fee or return shipping applies to defective/damaged returns.

Change-of-Mind Returns

• Accepted only if the product meets the Eligibility criteria.
• A 15 AED restocking fee applies.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be subject to return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.

Refund Process at DentixUAE

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
• Processing time: within 2 business days after inspection.
• In some cases, payments may be released rather than refunded if the charge has not yet been captured.
• For COD orders, we may issue a bank transfer.
• Restocking and return shipping fees are deducted where applicable.

How to Start a Return with DentixUAE

1. Request authorization: Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for approval: We’ll confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
3. Pack securely: Use original packaging.
4. Ship back: Send via trackable courier service.

Important Notes on the Refund Policy

• DentixUAE may refuse items outside the 14-day window.
• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit—keep tracking proof.
